Executive sales recruiters

Times have become rough and it isn’t easy to go through an entire hiring procedure yourself. Executive sales recruiters will make life super easy, because they do all the dirty work for you. However, finding the right recruiter isn’t a piece of cake either so here are a few places to start looking:

Look through Directory
The internet is a very cool place because it has directories. Numerous yellow pages will be up for you to check out and screen the recruitment agencies based on locale, domains they work in, businesses they cater etc. The large majority of these directories are completely free of cost.

Search engines
Google and other search engines will also help pretty much. All you need to do is type the category of recruitment agency you want and the city where you reside.  You can narrow this down more by putting in specific areas or certain corporate sectors etc. There will be loads of page popping up with lists of companies that can help you.

Endorsements by other people
Perhaps the very best way to get a good recruitment agency is to ask companies or people around you. If anyone has previously worked with a company they recommend, or have worked with a company they do not recommend at all, you’ll already have narrowed it down. If you have someone who can even ask the company to work with you, it is an added benefit.

Websites like LinkedIn
Websites like Linkedln are also super helpful. You can only jot down words like executive sales recruiters and you’ll get a whole list. Skim through them and find what you need.

Keep a watchful eye
Newspapers are your best bet because advertisements are always there. Similarly, there are conferences and seminars where recruitment agencies may send their workers to speak out.

Once you’ve decided on some recruiters there are some Questions to Ask the Recruiter:

  • How long have you been in this business?
  • What is the exact recruitment you carry out? Is it matching to what we want?
  • Have you previously worked with a company similar to ours? Can you bring candidates that we need?
  • May I have the names of some of the companies you’ve worked with before so I can ask them for recommendations?
  • How much will executive sales recruiterscharge me for this service?
  • What is your exact procedure of dealing with candidates?
